Well Im looking at two gunboats that were unfinished by whoever killed the last corvette in kessel. Normally Id beat a gunboat by getting in underneath it but in this case they're in a tight circle always guarding the others weak points. Im a nuetral pilot, any advice on it?

Wish they would fix what I consider a bug... I nearly got blown up several times the other night trying to clear two of these imperial ba$turds that were sitting right on top of each other and not even circling-just spinning in place, after I killed the escort that was with them too. If they are left there for 15 or so minutes, they should just poof or hyper out or something. Really not a great system for players trying to get their master mission finished.
I must have made more than 20 passes at them, but having to avoid a minimum of 3-4 turrets on approach no matter what angle I tried, really made it tough to get many hits and not get plastered.

The best thing I found was that at 550m out you can hit them but they wont shoot at you. Park yourself between 560m - 550m out and just keep shooting until you can disable their engines. You can then finish them off or wait for them to self destruct, works every time.

Strafe them. Just fly at them at max speed, shoot once in range, then boost out once your shields are getting hit hard, cap to shield when needed, regen shields (with cap to shield again), lather rinse repeat.
