Hi
What if I drop Pilot and remaster it.
Do I get the reward items again?
If yes, also if i remaster the same squad, or do I have to choose another or even another Faction?

Different squadrons, yes. I'm working on my 8th and still getting reward items. Nice to have a stash of, sofar, 7 2400/2400 shields 
Doing the same squadron, probably. Haven't done it yet so can't confirm.

To get full mastery bonuses, you would want to switch to other branches (factions), as the XP bonus only kicks in when you master in a new branch. Only needed if you're considering the Long Haul of all 9 in my opinion. Personally im sticking with the 3 neutrals myself, on the pilot im currently remastering stuff with.
