I think the deeds are tradible but unfortunity you have to have completed the series of missions to be able to use the deed.

so if i do the jedi starfighter quest with my imp char, i cant transfer it over to my rebel ace pilot char?

Thats what they say.
They also say they are gonna make them available to all factions soon.
But no mention on wether they have to do a quest as well just to use it.
If they make it to where you have to do the quest to use it forever that will so suck.

For the grievious starfighter you don't need to have done any quest. I've never been further than the starport on Kashyyk, but a friend gave me the ship and I can use it.

The Grevious is tradable AND usuable. Matter fact to prove it I will post pics...
And a side note: this thing is DAMN fast, and DAMN manuverable.

nic pics but that don'y prov that you can use it lol without doing the quest
