I read the stickies and it says I need to talk to 'Space Station'. Is that a place at the Retreat or am I wrong?

Launch into space anywhere from Naboo.
Talk to the Space Station, just like you were going to land on Naboo from space. Instead of selecting the "I'd like to land" option, instead select, "Is there anything I can do for you?" (or something to that effect)
I believe that will start a small series of missions, culminating in having the Emperor's Retreat as an otpion to land when you choose the "I'd like to land" option.

The space station just asks me if I want to declare my faction. Nothing else.

Sounds like your at either the Imperial or Rebel space station. You need to fly to the Naboo space station and talk to them, it is a POI on your datapad.

The easiest way if you're in space is to just hyper to Royal Way and press C, then type /follow.

I tried the Naboo space station and it does not give me any work to do. I assume once I get high enough in skills the station will give me the mission? I am only 1100 right now in pilot.

You also, I believe, need to be a member of Inquisition, or RSF. Could be tad off on that.

No, you're right. The requirements to get the mission are the entire first Tier completed, plus being an RSF or Inquisition pilot. No one else can do the mission. You can, however, attempt the mission as a 1111 pilot before getting your first Tier 2 mission, thus saving Inquisition pilots from a terribly long walk.

I am an Inquisition pilot so that is fine. I will grind out the two boxes and give it a try at 1111. Thanks for the replies everyone.
