Hello i'me trying to enter deep space with my freelance pilot, i know i have to declare for one faction in space to be able to enter it,

so i declared at an imperial space station as i am imperial ground faction. Then i moved to the imperial Claw station to enter Deep Space

but this station tells me i need pilots prestige points to enter Deep space, I have like 18 Millions of pilots prestige and should of course be

able to enter deep space,as i did enter deep space alot pre CU.

My question is, does this happen for all freelance pilots?

or is it just my char beeing bugged in someway, i also tryed to do some missions for space stations which i was able to do pre CU but when i say i'll take the mission just nothing happens at all.

OK thx for your help

A well known and well documented occurance. As a freelance pilot you cannot declare and enter Deep Space. Just fly to the station like normal, you just won't be allowed to earn faction in DS/Kessel.

And, before you post about it, after going to DS as a freelance your ship will be bugged, and faction targets will no longer all be yellow to you until you deed your ship.

Regarding your last question about station missions, are you sure you don't have any other space missions, including mining missions?

Actually you CAN declare and go to the respective faction DS station to go to kessel(and get faction)....just not Deepspace...

To remove the "sticking" declareation after you go to deep space so you can do kessel, just remove all the components from your ship(so you don't loose them) and redeed your ship.
