Having done all of them (save for the last two missions of SA), I'd say that CorSec was the easiest. Not that any of them were really difficult, but Smuggler's Alliance has some escorts that are quite lengthy.

yea. one of the final missions can take upto 2 hrs. trust me on that

I've done all three.

RSF was the least challenging. It was also the most monotonous, because of the 15-or-so lag-bedeviled 1 kilometer walks you have to make from Theed starport to the palace.

CorSec was fastest. It has one double gunboatmission (like most squadrons) that is pretty difficult for first timers and will force you to optimize your ship, get your droid programs working properly, etc.

SA is just annoying as all get out. Walking through Mos Eisley to get to the Lucky Despot is like being dragged through broken glass and dipped in vinegar. And it has several of those 'go to this natural spawn and disable/inspect a random number of fighters until you get lucky' missions that are apparently designed purely to aggravate pilots to complete distraction.

Opinions vary, but my personal opinion is that CorSec is by far the easiest. As someone else stated you have one mission with a couple gunboats, but thats the ONLY hard part of CorSec, and is common with just about any pilot branch you could choose from.

CorSec doesnt suffer from agonizingly long escort missions. You can blow through all of teir 3 in 2 hours (maybe even less)

Seeing as you are leaning towards the dark side , go for RSF as they are sided with the Empire.
