can they land at jabba's palace?
also can they travel to jabba's palace(get there without launching to space)

Land: Yes, if they do the mission for Tat space station only available at tier 2.
Travel: No.

I was under the impression that you could land there at any time during SA, but you could only get inside (other than by doing the themepark) via the Tier 2 mission. Of course, I have no real idea, as I was a Smuggler before doing SA, so I am allowed to land there no matter who I fly for.
