Heyas, ok i got this stick used the software to program all my fire keys to the buttons and what not.
My proble is no matter what i try to do the game wont reconize the 3 axis. IE al lthe buttons do what i want them to but movingthe stick does nothing.
The stick is working i have tested it via control panel game controlers
I have tried loading the game without the stick software no effect
i have tried changing from virtual mouse to reccommended no effect
i have triedto rebind the axis to the stick via the ingame remapping no effect other than when i click rebind and move the stick the game does pick up the stick axis so i know the game is seeingthe stick at least to some point. but it has no effect after i apply and go back to the fly screen i move the stick and the ship does nothing.
Iam at my wits end i have tried search here and have no luck i have tried looking under the help section no help there ether. you guys are my last hope.
The only way i can get the stick to work at all is mapping (via stick software) the x and y axis to the mouse x and y axis. this works ingame but has the effect of having to use the stick to bring the center back in line to fly straight. Also i have tried remapping the sticks to keyboard presses for ypr this works also but has the e3ffect of all or nothing jsut like using the keyboard to move would IE to pitch up you go all the way up this doesnt work to well becouse we all know most times it minor adjustmentsto flying no all or nothing movments.
For now iam still using my mouse to fly with i get by with it ok but would realy liek to try stick flying any help here would be great.
Thanks in advance for all the help.

These are the only things I can think of.
1) Try getting the latest drivers.
2) At the "Play" page (after the UA page) there will be several options. "Game Options" is one. Click that and at the next window hit "Game" tab. In the drop down menu should read your controller.
3) If you have another game (flight sim) test your stick out in that to see if it works there.
Before I got my new stick I had a Saitek X45 and I didn't have this problem. Hope this helps.
