It's been a long time coming! After careful planning Star Haven is Launched! We cordially invite you to join with us on Talus. Please join us in creating the FirstCity dedicated to Us, Pilots. Star Haven is a City founded by and caters to Pilots of all Factions. It is a place of complete neutrality and non GCW involvement inside it's boundaries. A city for us to gather, have fun, consolidate resources and interact. Although Star Haven Is predominantly "JTL" Oriented, it is not exclusively so. We welcome our Non-JTL brethren as well, to enjoy and live in our fine City if they so choose. Star Haven is just that, a haven. There will be no small or large scale PvP within the city boundaries, Factional or non factional. If you have a disagreement with a fellow pilot or citizen, we ask that you please take it outside the city. Friendly Duels will be allowed outside Public buildings. There will be no Factional Bases within city Limits. No Organized Faction Militia or patrols. Bounty Hunters we ask you to take Jedi hunting outside the city limits
