co4 should be usable without any issues. wo4 and eo4 though will make your engine/guns chew 10 times the power. so if you have a 2400 drain crafted engine and you try running engine overload 4, you will need an extra 24,000 power for your engine alone.
ro4 adds about 90% power outputthough, so eo4 isworkable if you can get a enginewith low enough reactor drain on it and run ro4 and wo3 first. (wo3 will cut your weapon power drain y 2/3)
wo4 not only mutiplies the reactor drain by 10, but also the cap juice used per shot. so a 20 energy per shot l7 gun will drain 200 when on wo4.
I actually am able to run Engine Overload 4 using a crafted engine(2.3K drain, superfast 118.2 top speed). Using Reactor Overload 4 on an 18K reactor(crafted also). This leaves me with about 11K energy to play with for the other parts.
With no need for using WO3...This is for my Vasksai so it makes for a super fast bugger. And since it's only uses one gun WO3 doesn't come much into play. I don't really worry about the YPR cuz i'm usually out of some ones gun/missile range in less then 5 seconds.

The other problem, besides energy drain once they fix WO3, is the Energy/shot used.
WO4 also takes uses ten times the energy per shot. WO3 is supposed to use 3.3 times all the relevant stats.
I use WO4 for my Vaksai simply because I only plan on a couple shots and a missile down the throat. Epulse is just overkill or used for multiple targets. Not to mention the current cap is at 3110 energy with a 115.4 recharge (CO4).
Personally, I will be glad when/if WO3 gets fixed. Less uber gnats and a retooling of quite a few loadouts, a couple of mine as well.
