Im currently 4433 freelance pilot civlian, ive fogotten where to get my last missions from could someone please direct me to the correct place?

What city did you start in when you first started training pilot skills? There are 3 different Squadrons for each of the 3 factions. We can determine what squadron you are in by the city you started training in. Then we will know which Tier 4 trainer to send you too
