is there any way for a freelancer to gain fp in ds, i cant seem to get imperial prestige so i have to go to the station on dath, doing that means i cant go overt firts and havnt been getting any fp

no... there is no way for a freelancer to get faction in DS...

The best way to get some quik FP is to do the JSF quest. With the JSF you also get 3500 imp FP. then go overt and into Kessel. There is no current way for neutral's to get FP in DS.

Oh, and to get into kessel while Overt imp you will need to do it via Claw Station in the Endor system.
