I would like people not to leave their current guilds but to be able to join squadrons.
1. THey will be seperate from guilds.
2. You could have a ground player base like a guild halls.
3. Would be neautral imp or reb.
4.There would be a branch off pilot for the squadron to upgrade ships ( each person has this goes by time flying ship(captin xp so to say).

5. second branch would be certification for better parts.
6.Third branch would beskills like pirate trap and things.Also(what parts you are able to control).
7. Fourth branch wuld be droid comands.
8.master box would give you lev 9 and 10 cap parts better pilto skils droid commands and better ship or two.
9.cool ideas ( Be able to make cool squadron symols on ship )LIke 10 paint kits that cover only a small part of ship and you can put like three on each other to make a cool combination.
10.for upgrading squadrons you should get bigger hangers.
11. Each week a head captin is votedin to run squadron( seperate from captin of ship who flys)
12.you must have a good size crew to launch and you get reg xp for fighting in it while whoever is flying gets xp for being able to get to next size ship in the branch.
13.there should be a squadron channel atomautically made when you join (liek guild channel)
14. When in ship you also have a seperate channel .
15.The pilots in escort can be of a differnt squadron but same faction or neautal,THey also have a seperate channel . but they can merge the two groups in a thing i call (grouper z ) so they can communicate between the ship and the people flying cover.They also get xp when flying cover for the ship when they are group z
