Hello, does anyone here know if you can get Tier 5 Dutys that gets you to hunt rebels? Or maybe 4? I want some duties for faction and still haven't found any.

No there isn't. No high end duties with Rebel NPCs

if you want FP just declare in space and hit opposite faction spawns or kessel/deepspace, just prey you dont run into one of the better pilots in your server, on infinity space is often deserted so so far ive been able to fp grind safely

If you head to Deep Space you don't risk anything but some time from running the droid programs and some wounds ... getting blown to bits doesn't matter beyond that.
