With it only being 50k mass, how the heck to do outfit it to be useful? I tried searching the boards here and can't find a topic. Can someone point me in the right direction or give me an example of their set up?

Thanks !

First time I went through the Imperial squadrons I had lots of trouble because I was using MUCH heavier components than I needed.

First, make sure you're running droid programs - they'll let you get away with lighter mass equipment.

Reactor - use a level 1 or 2, try crafted, you only need 11-12k regen.

Capacitor - use a level1 or 2, aim for 30ish regen for now

Shields -use the best you've got, you want high HP on these. Don't worry about regen, since you WILL be using the command Capacitor to Shield Shunt, right? This is a good spot to splurge on mass.

Find a crafted engine, level 6ish will suit you nicely. Look for around 9k mass. Failing that, I've seen some nice level 4 engines that approach the level 6 stats.

Fill in with the best gun you can fit in there, crafted weapons again tend to have decent mass.

Chaff launcher - 1k or less

I wouldnt' worry about missiles on an Interceptor

Anything left over just throw some light armor on.

Mistake I see most people make is carrying a heavy capacitor or reactor. You can really get away with pretty light items in these slots.
