Thread: Freelance Pilots shields question

Running a dunelizard, still my favorite, currently Freelance 3/3/2/2 pilot.


Currently, I have a moderate shield, and moderate forward and rear armor.

My friend has a massive shield, and no armor.


Question is, which do you think is better? It seems that when your shields basically go, it's 1 or 2 hits for armor. Do you think it's better to have a massive shield and forget about armor?

Armour is nice if you can spare the mass. Shields regenerate, they're the first choice. See what the best shield you can find would allow in the way of armour under it, and remember to look at lower-tier armours too!
