Well, at a range where you could actually see the POB decently, the Y-8 still would not fit on the screen.
*Rough* estimate, the thing is about as tall as 4-5 YT's standing end on end, and about twice as long.

Its big enough, that if they made the bottom section into a parking bay, you could rent space out for other POBs and still have a group of fighters at the ready...
... actually, thats a pretty cool idea.
