Thread: Is there a cap on prestige now?

Duringa long parts run last night I got curious about prestige since you don't see the on screen message anymore. I didn't gain a single point during the entire 1.5 hour duty. Is there a new cap to prestige now or am I bugged? I'm sitting at around 35mill currently.

340 million and counting.... no cap in sight.
the system messages notifying you of xp were removed. so instead of the "clutter" of 3 messages after a kill you have 2, and nevermind the fact you could turn the onscreen system messages off in the menu anyway.

hmm interesting...I know the messages were removed but it seems I'm not gaining any prestige at all anymore. I don't receive any messages and my total doesn't budge.

I was in DS when the server went down, only credits and looted components came up as system messages but i was getting prestige (checked cntr-s a few times cause i thought i was bugged).

I'm pretty sure I lost my FP last night, though I was just coming down from a 2 on 1 POB PvPathon, and did land my JSF to reload, but is sure as damnit that I declared again after launching, but dont quote me.
