My weapon overcharge (imperial obviously) is making my blasters more conservative with the capcitor energy, but when i hit my tuning I get nothing....what in gods name is tuning supposed to do and why isn't it doing it?

its weapon overcharge 3 thats bugged where its use's less energy , and to get weapon tuning to works u first need to do weapon normalization
