Thread: I think I'm retarded
Normally when they say that it means you already have a mission. Check your mission journal to see if there's anything in it. If there's not you may want to /bug it.

In JtL there are different combinations of missions/experience you need to getbefore you can be trained.
In tier 1 (where you are) you need tocomplete 4 basic missions before he will train you. (first box is free, so if you have the xps you should be able to train 2 boxes right away)
In tier2 the progression is mission + xp = training. Each box has a mission attached to it, before you can train, as long as you have the experience.
In tier3 no experience is required. Just do your missions, try to get as much xps as you can, it all applies to your first tier4 box.
Tier4 is like tier2 a "story mission" for each box.
Tier5 (mastery) no xps needed, just complete the two part master missions.
