Alright I just finished Tier 3.. and I didnt waist any exp... the guy gave them to me for free.. now in tier four is it the same or do i have to earn the xp for each one.. or half of them or 3 out of hte 4.... just wondering?

Good advice right there. It's best to finish off all 4 million xp needed before you start on your missions. It's just faster that way.

Question on that what is the cap on xp if your 3333 I hit 1 million and if I remember right I capped. I just did the first mission on teir 4 and am trying to rack up the xp during this 2x week.

XP is capped at the max for your next tier so no Tier would be the xp amount for a Tier 1 box, Tier 1 would be the xp amount for a Tier 2 box and so on. You'll have to train at least one Tier 4 skill to get a high enough cap.
