If you look at the ship certification lineand master boxof all 3 of the piloting professions, it shows the new ships. The General Grevious, ARC 170, and Jedi Starfighter show up at level 4-X-X-X and the Y-8 Mining ship is in the master box. (No, I am not in Beta, this was in-live)
