You will take your order of transfer to another trainer in bestine at WP -1132 13 -3542, He will contine you on your training
oh and make sure to sign your order of transfer.

I'm having a similar problem. When I received the letter of transfer, he told me to meet up with some other "trainer" (?) and I have no idea who.

This is where I have been getting my training, where's the other trainer in Bestine?

He's not in the same building.Once you exit the building that the recruiter is in.. the building you need to go is right in front of you.. it's just a matter of walking around to the door. The guy you need to talk to is in one of the side offices.

I am a 1111 imperial pilot.
I got 60k starship combat xp so that I could learn my next skill.
So I go to the Bestine trainer and after repeatedly clicking the top option I now have an "Authorization of Transfer"
The Bestine trainer now says that I do not have enough xp for the tier 2 boxes.He only gives me the options to get a new Authorization because I lost my first one, train, but then be told that I do not have enough xp yet, or get a duty.
please help me!

Bestine Capitol Building: Inside, first office on the right, guy behind the desk. Done deal.

A bit of putting it together:
You start with the imperial pilot trainer in the guildhall, near the Bestine shuttleport.
When you're done with him (1111), you will recieve an item called "Authorization of Transfer", which you will need to first "Read" then "Sign" (it pops up in your inventory).
When this is done, you'll need to enter the capitol building and find the room in which the imperial politic candidate, Victor Visalis resides.
This is just inside and then 135 degrees right.
Hope it clears it up.

As an added bonus, the guy that gives you your transfer form TELLS you who to go to. And where he is.

But I'm a Storm Squadron Ace pilot, and I have one too? What am I supposed to use it for?
