Ok I was going to solo this with my MBH, I got to the night spider cave, burst run through and died just before reaching the skeleton. I am MBH/MCM and was spamming my heals and stims the whole way down. I used Parwan, vasarian brandy, ruby bliel, booster blue and crispic. I was being forced choked for over 600 dmg repeatedly and knocked down twice. Has anybody been able to complete this portion of the starmap quest since the new AI upgrade for NPC's? If so what food combo/tactics did you use. Thanks.

It's probably soloable, but easiest way is to get a cloaker to draw aggro for you.

I don't know what you're all talking about, what food etc.?
I do cross server trades and I regularly do this with my CL1 character no food, drinks or buffs, and yes post pub 24.
You just need a partner who burst runs in first and pulls agro.
Like 10 secs later you burst run in.
This way you do it on the first try or definitely second.
Anyway anybody interested in cross server trades contact me on eclipse (Ajdin or Quintuss). I can do it any other server but Ahazi.

He was asking about doing it solo, so the food et al are to make up for the lack of a meatshield. Yes, it would be far easier to duo it, but sometimes that just isn't an option. (Like, say, if you're in a situation like I was and all your buddies are busy on Mustafar.)

Yes I did use duelist stance before running in. Also, as far as using a meat shield goes...I have another account perhaps I could put on auto-follow and have them actually complete the quest by using the MBH as the meat shield. Think I will try that later tonight, will let you know how that goes. And thanks for the replies

easy way i have 5k nightspider fp i walk in and they all ask me how my day was

i got it on my 16th run, its doable solo just takes patience and stradegy, if you incap once by the set of 2 spiders half way there they won't kill you, then you sit there until your BR recharges and your stomach empties, then eat a sthynsteak (sp?) hit burst run and spam heal/ruby bile.... you'll make it eventually. oh yah and its got targetable by using /target a human body.

I didn't see you mention Duelist Stance in there. I'd definitely throw that up before trying the burst run. I made it through the other day on my first try, mostly thanks to Improved Center of Being. It's certainly possible, even with several of those wenches choking you at once…but I would recommend storing anything you don't want decayed, because chances are you're going to take the express route home.

This isn't always a sure thing - especially with the few CL80+'es - plus it doesn't help a CL1 escort. SLs and CHes might be the way to start making it through this phase. CL80 pets would be a great help to distract witches.

Delete this crap. Use Accarragm, or Mando Wine.
This stuff adds accuracy. Does nothing defensive
No Piketta pie for dodge?
No synthsteak for mitigation?
