Im waitin to see how it is before buying it. If its like the last one with only one game type for both SP and MP and no story line for single player then i wont bother.

Bought it earlier for XBOX, played it andlike it.

Personally, the space part feels a little sluggish to me, but the ground game part of it is awesome. I really think the fluidity of the combat is far better and it's an all round balancedand fungame. My friends and I often have 'XBOX fests' where we do the system linkage thingy, get drunk, play Halo and today did SWBFII. Definitely one of the best Starwars games out there currently, especially when beer, bad Darth Vader impressions and the over use of "Stop that ship! Blast it!" is involved.

Official Leaph rating: 8.985895895/10.2

Was going to buy the PC version but seemingly it is only out on XBOX and PS2 in ye olde England currently.

As far as space arcadey sim goes though with Star Wars, currently, nothing comes even close to JTLS. *hugs JTLS Box*.

Sheesh, I never considered myself a gaming geek but ^ there's the proof. /adorns T-shirt

I have been playing the multiplayer public beta of BF2 for a couple weeks now. THIS GAME ROCKS!!!!

I will be playing PC version, don't own a console. Don't care for 'em.

I have a friend that works at Future Shop that has a copy reserved for me, So I'll be waking up, throwing my coffee in a travel mug and flying to FS to get my copy,

When I saw the BF2 commercials I was kicking myself because that's what I thought I was getting when I bought SWG. If it turns out to be decent, I'll be cancelling my accounts. I want warfare, not mindless grinding.

I do prefer PC as a gaming platform but when it omes to some things you just can't beat a console and even though Microsoft is the incarnation of evil I shamelessly promote the XBOX (and the 360 looks awesome) when it comes to first person shooters etc. Halo 2 is probably the best online multiplayer I've ever played and linking all your mates xboxes up and blowing each other up and generally being real immature is healthy at times.

I probably will get BFII for PC too, but after reading its forum, I was kind of shocked. Some people may complain about certain SWG forums at times, but read the BFII forum and well...it's just infantile (in fact more than infantile...I'm almost lost for words o.o), so it kind of put me off the PC version where I'd have to play against general retards*. .

I know you can have LAN games with PCs too, but XBOXes are waaayy easier to link up, there are no compatibility issues and everyone has the same specs so I just think it works better. Thats just my personal preference though. With games like SWG where on the whole, the community is fairly awesome and we have the whole aspect of roleplay etc, then the only way to play this is online through a PC kind of interface. I still think JTLS is the best thing since sliced bread despite all of its bugs.

Erm, peace out dudes.

*Not that everyone there is one, btu the vast majority seem to be.
