Thread: Okay, this is getting rediculous.....My latest bout with the CSR's......SOE take note please

This one is from CSR houston......
He actually tells me that you have to be a REBEL PILOTto get the ARC-170. Did something change? AM I just an idiot?
I'm Master Freelance and I have the ARC deed, I just can't unpack it. I never have been able to. I did the quest successfuly and I have all the badges for it. I'm also a ground reb.
By the way, this my 3rd ticket regarding the exact same issue.

Did you switch pilot professions since doing the quest? I got my ARC as a CorSec pilot and could unpack and fly it. Now that I have switch to being an Alliance pilot, I can no longer unpack my ARC. If I do the quest again, I'll be able to unpack it. When you switch pilot professions, it forgets that you have done the quest and you can no longer unpack the ARC.
It's a known bug. Well, it's a known bug to the pilot community. I have no idea if the Devs or CSRs know about it... Looking at your screenshot, it looks like CSRHoustonR sort of knows about it, but he says it's by design.
At least the response is better than your previous ticket where the CSR told you they can't launch ships for you.

I was RSF but I dropped it and got freelance. I did the ARC quest after I became Freelance.
And yes, the respenses are getting a little better. After 15 tickets I'll bet they will actually help me. lol

hmm do you have the certification to fly it? Your pilot prof may not allow it.

All pilot professions are certed for the ARC at tier-4. Since the poster is Master Smuggler's Alliance, I'd say he's certed.
