Since there aren’t enough events in space I decided to plan one. Said event will try and take place on September 7that around 8pm EST. This event entails a coordinated rebel attack on the Star Destroyer in Deep Space; I realize that the Star Destroyer can be soloed easily but I’m looking to bring people together. What I would like to see ideally is at least two full groups of ships on both sides with each group consisting of 1 POB ship and the rest taken up with fighters. While the rebels try and take out the SD the Imperials will try and give them hell. I would also ask that those participating use some sort of voice chat software with teamspeak being the preferred one as I can run a server on one of my old comps if that isn’t possible then some one else will have to run some other server.

Please note that this is open to all pilots not just rebel and imperial so freelancers can join in to the just have to pick a side. Ideally I would like to see mainly factional ships but if you must use a Jedi Star Fighter or Grevious fighter I can’t really stop you.

Please remember a few things about Deep Space;

1. there is no decay if you get blown up, it doesn’t matter who kills you when you load back up in the system you entered Deep Space from your ship will/should be fully repaired (there have been a few bugs where you respawn with your damage but all you have to do is reenter DS and exit again and you should be repaired),


2. Space PVP is NOT combat level dependant, the winner in a space PVP fight is either the person with the bigger guns or the more maneuverable ship, space PVP I think depends on three things, 50% (maybe less) raw piloting skill, 40% equipment (may be slightly higher), and 10% luck. Also it does NOT matter if you are a Jedi or not as there are no force powers in space
