I also created a pilot on SS. I think it's funny being a Imperial Ace and a millionare all at lvl 1. I even got my red tie. With just being grouped with a lvl 80 (on another planet) I soloed ground missions to get JSF with no weapon. Made millions on loot. Bought all my rare componants, but the market on ss is good (heh even got a 17speed interface with 902 mass for 5k off bazaar). I soloed every pilot mission for storm squad including vette. Even shot down Leaph with a crafted engine. From what he tells me I'm the only one ever to do that. If you are Imperial my name is En-ki on SS. Will be glad to help you out. If your rebel then hope you never see me while your overt. As for Starstrider I really wish I could transfer my jedi there. I love the jtl action.

I was able to transfer my MSmugg/MBH over and am willing to give you a hand if needed as long as you are willing to show me some of the stuff on Wookie world (I still have yet to go there). The only potential problem is that I'm Imp. But, I'm "on leave" most of the time. I'm not sure how that would factor into the quest you're talking about.

Niet, feel free to send me a tell in game if you need help with any ground based stuff. I always have time to off a few slave traders.

Hey, thanks for the replies guys. Niet Noud is definitely a Rebel. Made a little backstory for him regarding his role in a Y-Wing during the Battle of Yavin, gave him claim to holding the most hours in the cockpit of a Y-Wing among Rebel Pilots (mostly due to the fact that the Y-Wing is the most-destroyed Rebel ship, and Noud has managed to say alive ). He's also a cocky little fellow who thinks he's the greatest pilot in the galaxy (in-character).

I'll look a few of you up next time I log in. Working on tier 2 right now and should be back in to finish it in a couple hours. Should be able to make 3333 by this evening and start on tier 4. Any shipwrights to recommend? I found a pretty good one near Keren but I could always use a couple different sources

Merry who runs GALAXY on Datooine is an excellent SW as is Tomo his shop RSY is outside of cnet. Also on Dantooine is QSI... good crafted parts nice variety. Oh... and SI on Naboo (not sure about that) has a huge shop with tons of stuff. BlastIon on Tattooine is pretty good too.

New Horizon Designs is a good shipwright group. They only do Rebel and freelance craft, though, and parts are by-order only.

I wanted to thank everyone of Starsider for the welcome. I've met some super friendly folks both here on the forums, and in-game, and so far it seems like the server is living up to it's reputation as the place to be for space action.

I've gotten Niet up to 2211 right now, with enough XP to finish off tier 2 after I run the missions. Itching to get into DS now

Btw, anyone know if a Sullustan can wear the Ace helmet? If not, oh well, he still looks snazzy in the themepark B-Wing suit

I've really taken a liking to QSI. Good gear and a very reasonable price. Every time I have major problems on a mission, I discover that a short shopping trip at his place really helps me out. I'm still learning how lots of things work. A combination of trial and error and just reading the boards. The lessons are slow and hard, but I think they really help in the long run to make me better.

Heh, must be a sudden influx of SS rerolls, I did the same thing. (well, I actually made the guy a while ago, but I never really played him - same name as my Corbantis guy whose FS , unfortuantely).

Currently a Tier 2 Vortex pilot, and Itell yah, newbies have it easy now. I made 100k justdoing tier 1 kills. It took me weeks to do that at release. Anyways, if you need help/want a grinding buddy (on land or space - since I'm a CL 3 right now) feel free to send me a tell if I'm on.
