It's says goto lok and kill some Nym Pirates. Once i arrive there, I don't get a WP, am I just to fly around and then kill any Nym Pirates I see ??

Correct. When I did the mission I noticed that Nym Leautenants don't always count, if ever. It got pretty frustrating figuring that out

You'll end up killing about 5 of nyms pirates and that's it, mission accomplished.
