Where can I find the Nym Lieutenant for the 1st Storm Squadron quest. Every time I find him he always disappears on me...

Nym's Lieutenant is a random spawn in Lok Space, upon hyperspacing in you should be able to /target one within a couple minutes...and if you mess up he'll spawn again.
