I'm an Imperial Ace Pilot, and that means there are no black sun duty missions for me. I spent today looking just for tier 4 black suns, with no luck. I hit Endor, Deepspace and even looked in Kessle with no luck. I did run into alot of Black suns, Tier 2 & 3 tho. Anyone have some Waypoints and sectors for tier 4 black suns?

Its only lootable in space, you cant get it on the ground. So far only tier 4 BS's have been known to drop it.

If they spawn in Kessel, I've never seen them.

The only wild spawn of t4 black suns I know is in Endor, near the Red Sin Chimaera hyper point.

Most times they will be the first thing targetted when you hyper in.

yup I found them today, they must of been cleared the first time I hypered in. Stayed there for about 2 1/2 hours killing no luck, with loot, not even any Starship loot, cept for a 24k mass droid interface lol. Guess my rebel pilot will have to get one.

After flying around the place I got my Black Sun Ace helmet from (a tier 5 Black Sun BTW) I have come to realize something. The spawn I killed was likely a leftover from someone leaving the area or hypering out before a duty mission was finished. Kind of sucks for that person, but I ended up getting their Black Sun Ace helmet. Having spent some time now at the Red Sin spawn I am SO glad I got this thing off that leftover spawn.

Nice. I think I'm just going to forget getting the helm for my Imp ace, and its not worth it to buy one imo. My rebel Ace will get one sooner or later, so its not a problem.

I am a Smugglers Alliance Master Pilot, and I grabbed a Black Sun duty mission from the RSF trainer in the Naboo Palace. I had heard about the randomness of getting this helm, so I was anticipating a long process of weeks of nothing but Black Sun duty missions if I wanted the helm bad enough.

When I got to Endor and blew up the very first ship, I got the helm.
