I was PVE in DS, I sustained some minor dmg to my armor from a gunboat or some crap. Then I was raped by some beings missles...never saw it comming lol, anyways I load in Endor and I find that my ship has sustained dmg that I need repaired at the space station and besides my engine all my other systems are off line until I land. Whats up with this anyone else have this problem?

Do you run droid programs? Sometimes they don't reset correctly when you blow up. Run a pilot special like eweapons or ethrust, when it's done it will reset them.

Occasionally damage doesn't repair when you leave DS. Just enter and leave again.

Situational awareness is everything. Bind "Target nearest enemy player" to a key and get in the habit of hitting it frequently.
