Just flew to Endor, drove 5k to kill a mark with bugger all on it. Drive back to smugglers, fly to Kadraa............travel screen closes. Weird. I carry on talking to a friend, open it up again and try to fly and I notice the, you can't bla bla in the system box. DumbZenith, I'm parked at research not smuggler so I buy a ticket and fly there. Got to the terminal, try to fly again and get the same message. So I look where my ship is parked and the bloody things in Kadraa already!!!
This is a warning to you all, ONLY use flight comps, 'cus those R2 units are fiesty little critters!

I've seen lag send your ship without sending you, but never really knew that it was linked to those damn R2 units. Glad I don't have to worry about that, being Imperial and all. Wonder if my combat droid will do the same, like head off to the Research station when I land at smugglers. Would really be a twist if they actually had personalities, instead of just personality chips.
I can see it now:
Nearro: Loki, go attack that Kimo.
Loki: What do you think I am? A Jedi?
*Loki turns on Nearro*
*Nearro has been incapacitated by Loki*
*Corpse of Nearro is no more*
*You have been slain by Loki*

My flight computer must be the brain of an astromech droid, because my ship has taken off and left me behind, before, and I fly a Krayt.

Oops. Yeah, Loki is my R2. Simply because he does act like that sometimes.
And yeah, it has happened to me with both FCs and Droids, so it's just an issue that you might come across once every couple months.

I've never had this problem before.. and I fly mostly an xwing... only problem i've encountered is every once it a while i'll take off and start to run a program and it will say you need an astromech to do that or what ever the message says, when I never took thhe droid out...
