...or something to that effect is the result of trying to cob in a POB ship, specifically the decimator and I am assuming others. Why would this be?
Trying to have friendly duels aboard a ship between armored and tk class fighters is tough. To make it fair in any way, the guy wearing armor has to take it off.
On a more forward-looking point; when we do get to start boarding capitol ships, I certainly hope those depending on innate armor will be able to use it.

You can't do ANY attacks on a ship. You can duel someone but you won't be able to hurt each other because neither of you will be able to attack.

If we are able to board/capture enemy ships, they would probably change this but now, no combat for you.

well that blows my idea of holding fight nights on my yacht, right out the airlock.

I rememebr watching a fight on a yacht once. BUT it was a cm fight. They would toss fire at each other, and it would drain their health....but no incap...yea..its sucks.

And to clear another part up here just for neatness. CoB is not innate armor. it is just a defense boost. Innate armor is allways applied unless the person wears something considered armor.
