The only "wandarable" space station is the Avatar stationin Kashyyyk, but you definitely cannot go there if you are a newbie.

Check out the mish guides for advice on how to make it there.

Or you can wait till you've been playing 6 months and you can run around in your space yacht.

Or i guess get yourself invited onto someones POB ship. You can run around in 'em, and the Master pilot POB's you could be a gunner.

Is there any place a level 1 pilot can go in space, in which he can walk around. I think it would be so cool to make some of these space stations explorable.

Well, I'm a newbie, but an old newbie because I played for about 6 months back in 2003. They even gave me two space yachts. I think those are the coolest things. I can imagine that they would get much more use if there were quests on locations that could only be reached by space ships -- like the Avatar platform! Anyway, I'm gonna try to check out the Avatar Quests. I found some references:

A very cool idea. Maybe we will see some of it if and when capitol ships come in game.
