Thread: SINCE the last patch , Has space combat XP been lowered ? or harder to get

I'm thinking about leveling imp pilot , and was wondering if XP has been reduced much since this last patch went live

Well, only group XP has been nerfed. I never grouped for my space XP, so no.

Somebody should probably test it sometime. I just don't like that you don't see the XP at all ... obviously a measure to attempt to downplay the XP nerf.

I couldn't tell you the last time I actually cared to look at my XP in space. But for the purposes of this thread, I actually did pay attention while I was up there on my new character tonight. 100 XP per Tier 1 kill, plus 10% for my Inspiration buff. Same as always. No idea on if that changes if grouped, but I can't see how it would matter. Flying with people in space is fun, and I'd more than willingly trade half my XP away for the extra fun of another person up there with me.

Maybe we'll all get lucky, and XP in POB ships will get nerfed, so people will stop begging for ridealongs and learn to actually fly. ...

OK, enough dreaming...
