Is there even a way? I'm pretty tired of running out to the Imperial Retreat to get my duty missions.

how do I do it without giving up all my skill points? Or is there a way?

BTW if you do the mission for the Naboo space station you land directly at the Emperor's retreat. Much easier than trucking out there on your speeder.
