Did you talk to the pilot trainer across the hall from the Theed librarian? That is the one to go see to get the tier 4 black sun duty missions.

The RFS tier 4 tour of duty missionstake place in the Endor system, so are you jumping to the right system?

I'm a Freelance pilot (SA - 4433) and Imperial on the ground. I went to the RSF training in the capital on Theed to pickup a Black Sun duty mission for fun, xp, and profit (hey, I might loot a helmet!). When I launched, I encountered only tier 1 ships.
How do I get a duty mission for the T4 and T5 Black Sun ships (I do want a helmet after all)?
Any information would be appreciated.
