Well I can't speak for the other squads because I haven't done them yet, but I think crimson phoenix was so boring I could of slept through it.

Is there any comparable things I should know when starting a Rebel Pilot career?

Thanks for any info.

Try the one that starts in Tyrena, pretty fun.

Vortex (starts in Moenia) was pretty fun and not overly difficult. Got to land at the abandoned Rebel Outpost on Danto.

I think CP has the best mix or escorts and destroys out there. And if you are in a JTL chassis with your own faction commands , soloing it, it has some of the hardest space missions to do.

Arkons Havok has you running around undercover in Nyms (weird), and is pretty easy.

Havent done the other one yet.

The first three tiers of Vortex are mostly escort missions (from what I remember). Plus it has the whole Jedi storyline that made me want to puke. One of the trainers is at the Abondoned Rebel OP on Dant, so you have to do an extra mission to land there.

Havok has the craziest bastich for a trainer in the form of Arkon. He's amusing, and the missions are pretty tame except for the last tier 4 mission.

Crimson Phoenix has some decent missions and I can't remember if this squad has the anti-Inquisition storyline or not. (Help).

CP is a lot more military than the other rebs. Its misions are go here, find this elite pilot, kill him and his escort. Go here and engage this Inquisitor. Go here take on these 2 squadrons of imps, etc. Its my fav. And one of those tier 4 missions is an absolute killer.
