I started the mining mission last night using my JSF since thats the ship I had avaliable to me at the time (Other ships were at Nym's and I refused to cross two planets, not because its a waste of time, but because I'm just very very lazy.)
Well I sat there shooting that one rock over and over and over and not one little space rock chunk popped out.
So I was wondering if the JSF was bugged for mining, and if so, what FREELANCER ship would you suggest I use?

There's actually a greater chance that the asteroid was bugged and has to be destroyed before you can mine normally.

Ah, I forgot to mention that a few hours later I went out with my good friend (Amirage!!!!!!) to mine with her, you know, have her show me how its done and all. Same thing happenned.
I heard that the ARC was bugged, so I kinda figured that the same thing happenned here.

JSF isnt bugged for mining... I fill a hold in 5-7 mins...
1 mk3 las
1 tractor
1 hold
I might go as far as saying that mining is what the JSF is best used for... Use one in PvP and everyone will know youre a wannabe
And frankly there are way better PvE ships
