When you program the Droid are you pressing Commit? Is the Droid Full?

They are slightly bugged, but not entirely. What you should pay attention is:
1: Unload the units from ships before loading new progs in.
2. They tend to append an empty command first instead of the command chips. Check it first (do not hit commit confirmation) load up the chip again (it is still on the to be added side, but it seems to be deleted if you hit commit), recheck whether it is in queue, if it is added to the empty command after an empty line, go hit commit.
3. Be very careful that there is sufficient space in the droid before loading the chips (aka delete not needed commands and multiple levels of the command you're trying to load) as you might easily loose the chip without warning.

Also of note, sometimes it displays an internal command on the Available commands side. These won't actually program. Just select the ones with names we humans can understand.
