if im a neutral pilot (smuggler's alliance) and imperial faction on ground... can i surrender imperial faction on the ground and keep my pilot skills?

and can i pick up rebel and still keep them?

id like to know before i do anything stoopid

Yes, you will keep your skills... You would lose your pilot skills if you had been an Imperial Navy pilot

yes you will keep them, the only time you would loseyour pilot skills is if you were rebel or imp pilot and went to neutral or the other ground faction.
