Does anyone know of a way to may a key/button/etc. to select a specific weapon group?
There's bindings for firing a specific group, and for selecting the next weapon group, but is there a way to select a specific group, instead of just the next one?

Ideally, on a joystick with a three-position slider... to have one position assigned to group 1, the second position to group 2, etc.

I have my joystick buttons set up to fire group one, then my second button set to fire group 2. What you do is go in and remap your controls, set one button to fire group one, and the other group 2. Not sure what part your having trouble with, if you dont hit apply after remapping your controls it wont stay. Make sure you clear the keymap of the button or keystroke you want before assigning a new key.

I don't want to assign different buttons to fire different weapon groups -- what I'm trying to do is use the regular "trigger" on the joystick to fire whatever weapon group I have selected at the time being, and the joystick slider to choose a specific weapon group.
