I know the answer probably lies buried in a post somewhere but in the interest of saving time and my sanity I hope someone can answer a simple question for a friend of mine.

Can Freelance pilots (master or non-master alike) get the Black Sun Duty Missions, and if so where exactly do they go to get them?

Tier 4 Black Sun missions - available from the RSF trainer in Theed Palace (the one in the back room).

can any privateer get these missions, or only RSF pilots?

Well, I'm absolutely certain that any Master Privateer can get them, but I'm not sure about non-Masters since I didn't attempt it before Master.
