Thread: Certain Weapons Bugged?

Hi, I made Master Pilot last night and bought myself a YT-1300 today, while I was grinding in Kessel I picked myself up a rather powerful level 10 weapon which I saved till I could use it. Now that I can I tried to add it to my YT-1300 and while it SAYS its loaded into the ship in the manage window it does not appear to be attached to the ship in the turret and when I try to enter the turret to use it, I can't do anything, I cant look around or fire the weapon or anything. I was told to try to redeed my ship which I did, but it had no effect. Has anyone else had this problem, or know how to fix it? Thanks.

Yah this has happend to a few people. Mainly with level 10 weaponry. About the only thing you can do is never use the gun and file a service ticket. Knowing the goofs in charge of the service ticket, they will tell you they have no ability to do anything. See their only real job it seems is telling people they A).either have an inapropriate name or B).laughing and drinking capuccinos on the office. Dont rely on those people to do anything but sponge money off SOE.

now now... I've had several things returned/fixed from tickets, but I've every now and then I still get...
for example, when warcry was bugged, before it was all over the forums, I put in a ticket saying my targets wern't breaking warcry..
"please make sure you have yoru latest video drivers..."
I jus about wanted to drive to soe, get the address to this csr, and go punch him in the head myself =|

CSR tried to fix my weapon but still bugged, apparently it's bugged everywhere.
And if you think that warcry thing is bad Maxil, I still remember reading about the CSR who when questioned over Jedi Visability told someone to reinstall their graphics card...
