Thread: Why I want inter-ship docking.

A very, very helpful pilot decided to help me hit master pilot last week.
Soloed all of Smuggler's alliance up to the Corvette gunboat, he came to the rescue. Went and got my 30 TIEs and he offfered to do the corvette with me.
So.
We're drifin by the spawn point for the Imperial Corvette for an hour and 15 minutes before it finally shows up. He's good natured about it, and we had a good chat, but still... a long time to wait doing nothing.
Now - if people could dock into POB ships, I could have my Yacht (if it could enter Kessel) or better yet, my mining ship drifting there. I'd set up a bar, some chairs, get some entertainers, and have the Coffee Shop at the End of the Universe.
Well, the Coffee Shop at the End of the Pilot Missions.
Hell, I could even call it Starbucks.
You could come in, watch kessel, meet other pilots, strech your legs, maybe do a little shopping in Duty Free...
In short: give me my inter-ship docking command and no one gets hurt.
