1. Try your trade forum.
2. You have to do the quest to generate the ship.

what if both ships are already generated and u trade them via datapad?

There is no datapad trading for ships, its either a deed or you don't trade it.
Also, I'd say there's a poor chance of you actually finding someone willing to do this, given the amount the JSF outdoes the ARC. But even if you do, you have to have done the corresponding quest to put it in your datapad anyway.

Umm you also need to generate the ship as the faction you are given it by. IE if you do the JSF quest you got to generate it there n then before you revert back to your old pilot rank n skills.
