seeing as how the death watch pilot blacksun ships is it possible that i might loot a black sun ace helmet off of oen of these?

No, the black sun ace helmet does NOT drop from any ship that happens to be one of the so-called "blacksun ships", they only drop from ships specifically *named* black sun.

which system are those guys located in?

Tier 4 Black Suns can be found near the red sin chimaera hyperspace point in the endor system (yes, that's close to the death watch spawn in the same system), tier 5 Black suns can be found in Kessel.
