Thread: Weapon Groups vs Refire Rate vs Opponent Damage

Haven't been able to resolve this:

Is it better to group all projectile weapons so they fire simultaneously, or seperately so they cycle/fire individually? Have seen it stated that cycling gives a faster firing rate but don't understand the rationale.

Also, is it correct to assume that if you group them together the refire rate is determined by the speed of the slowest weapon?

Appreciate your help

Happy New Year!

If you group weapons and shoot, each weapon will shoot at it's own rate

This guy is correct, all weapons fire at their own rate. If you have 3 different projectiles on the same group the first one or two shots seem to go at the same rate, then you will see your slower ones lag off due to the rate difference. This is only visible if you are a trigger holder, i on the other hand tap the trigger.
