I found a title similar on the board, but all I get is a collapsed thread, no words.
What do I do with cargo from a freighter?

exactly that. wondering what it's good for and when they will get around to implement the rest of whatever they had in mind. probably a pirates life that now simply isnt there because picking on helpless freighters doesnt come with any negative consequences.

Doesn't come with much positive things either....
The only reason to get cargo from a freighter right now is for a mission. You never see any physical cargo added to your inventory, if it's not what you need for a mission, it simply vanishes into the ether....

Think we could ask the Dev's to add that feature in then? It'd add more of the ability to be a evil space pilot type person...which'd be fun

what would be neat? if only MP ships were able to board and loot freighters.
Why?
A: it would give masters something to do
B: it would give a group of people in an MP ship something to do
C: it would give an mp ship a purpose other than being a deathtrap.
